The 20th Century Is Dead: Ode to Yesteryear

Ding! Dong! The witch is dead!

Ya know the moment when the dust finally settles, & you can clearly see the destruction of what blew up, got demolished or wrecked? Well, it’s 21 & a half years past the turn of the century & the dust is just beginning to settle. It’s quite nice. Finally, things are beginning to make sense. We have been removed long enough from the past to see why things happened the way they did.

This is actually the Foreword to the book “God’s 21st Century: How the Soul Rises to Power. Tap link to view or buy: https://www.amazon.com/~/e/B078Y9PN4X

Collectively, we are far enough away from the old toxic relationships to all the man-made outdated programs, to not be smothered by them any longer. It’s a refreshing standpoint, I must say, like standing on a mountaintop over a city. And, even though we are still essentially trying to figure things out as a human nation of scrambling souls, we are not blind, deaf & dumb nearly as much as before. That said, welcome to the vitreous glow of (this book). It is indeed what the aftermath of the 20th century looks like: God’s 21st Century, when, the human race gets its wings & the soul rises to power. Good to have you here. Settle in, this will be fun!

So friends, it is indeed NOT 1992, the year I graduated from high school. Thank God. Willie Clinton’s not copping a blowjob in the West Wing, “The Teflon Don” isn’t your Sunday morning read, & the L.A. riots aren’t burning down the West Coast like they are the Taliban. Silicone breast implants aren’t exploding all over the place, there’s not an ashtray around every corner on every table & there sure as shit is no more of that blasted noisy uncivilized graffiti all over every single building, bus, train, truck, bench & tunnel. The calculated sex & dark violence of “Basic Instinct” & “Reservoir Dogs” are not #1 in theaters & we are not stuck in Vaseline like in some Stone Temple Pilots song. It is circa 2022, the TWENTY FIRST century, & life here on this planet is pretty advanced past all those old-school personality disorders. You know, the infamous mentality wherefore the collective idolized gangsters, big screen draconian dramas & idiots who smoked hash, banged on guitars & rocked the nod til there was no tomorrow… literally. R.I.P. Scott Weiland, better luck next time, dude.

Back in the day, we had bands by the name of Jane’s Addiction for god sake, which by the way, was one of my very first CDs with a parent advisory sticker. It was nothing compared to the explicit nature of the NWA albums, but, it was risky enough for me as a 14 year old. The song: “Been Caught Stealing” off their second album, turned out to be my anthem in the years to come which not only reflected me, but millions of other GenX casualties from the 90s well into after 911 hit in ‘01.

We came from a place of instability, unrest, irritability, reacting not responding, anger, violence, disdain for the system & our fellow man. Bands like “Rage Against the Machine” & songs like “Fuck the Police” were just a symptom of a struggling society drowning in their own vomit of self-loathing, dying principles & expiring programs. We couldn’t seem to let go without a fight. We were holding on to all that our parents built with this really twisted reluctance. We rebelled but also it felt familiar & like we had nowhere else to go, so we found ourselves stranded in the dysfunction. Yip, I guess you could say, we were indeed flies stuck in Vaseline.

That’s where things like cults came in, & groups with charismatic leaders that seemingly provided a way out. That’s when the alternative ways of life like compounds dawned which promised some sort of relief from the status quo. Organized cult-like phenomena promised freedom, love & in extreme cases, some brand of “eternal life” by means of mass suicide or murder or incest or polygamy or whatnot.

Goes to show how desperate people were back then, to escape the reality that had been long miscreated by modern man’s wily antics. The status quo essentially dictated our rights & freedoms, many times under the guise of just the opposite. Ain’t that a bitch. No wonder why we were all so pissed off. Cults, strict religious orders & compounds appeared attractive to those of us who were just not believing the hype of a society brainwashing its people to believe all kinds of lies.

What do you think the “Dead Head” movement was? They were like a giant swarm of a cult led by Jerry Garcia who gave them an off-grid alternative to nut job slave society. Following the Grateful Dead at the time, was an opportunity to follow something different, more meaningful, chock full of friendship & connection, art, music & creativity, highs, trips, imaginative endeavors, peaceful journeys to higher places that did not have a nine to five death sentence.

Heck, punk rockers, headbangers, Wiccans, Satanists, occultists, Hari Krishnas, the Amish, Scientologists, Freemasons, Mennonites, Born Again Christians, as different as they may have each been from one another, they all were in it for the same reasons. Each “cult” in their own way was just merely a collective attempt or movement to disconnect & separate from a controlled sheeple mentality that no one resonated with.

From commercialism to cookie-cutter cul-de-sacs, the “American Dream” was being sold to us in a nice little neat package that required only one thing: our soul. Dead Heads weren’t having it, & neither were those of us who saw right through it. Church on Sunday may have been touted to the general public via religion as a way to mask that fact, but that didn’t change the deal. The deal with the devil we all made the minute we agreed to reincarnate back to this earth as a citizen in 20th century America.

The “Roaring Twenties” might be fondly doted upon as some golden age wherefore society was lit up with life… but in reality, society was paving the road to a future generation’s death, which would incidentally be our parents & then ours. Brothels, speakeasies, high octane hooch, & fashionable cigarettes, wound up killing everybody & essentially sticking their kin with the bill: shitty karmic debt to pay off.

Smoke, sex, & booze, was coined long ago, the fitting reward for a job well done, or sacrifices made. Smoke, sex, & booze, have always been the appropriate celebration for a triumph, or the suitable escape from the mundane or the malevolent. But in truth, it is a hypnotic tactic. It is & always was the smoke & mirrors Big Government uses to hide their mind-controlling dictatorship disguised as democracy.

The government run Military Industrial Complex fortifies war, war, & more war to benefit the greed machine at the cost of innocent lives. Domestic & abroad as a nation & world we have been fighting for rights, freedom, survival & respect long past the days when battles actually accomplished something, like gaining land or establishing territory.

Well into the 20th century the American people were still fighting wars & shouldering the burden of its heavy inescapable consequences. My father & grandfather were reared by government to be patriots under false pretenses. And meanwhile, families were being scammed to support American Democracy & the so-called free enterprise of an American Dream that was never going to serve us in the first place.

Propaganda, & the false advertising of meat, sugar, soda, constant having & consuming to be bigger, better, & more, so to keep up with Joneses, made us blind. It distracted us from what we really should have been focused on: self-preservation, the Earth & her inhabitants, nature, health & wellness upon every level. Instead, we became just numbered dollar signs in a system that was scamming us to be & have & do more & more & more. We grew into a populous of mere consumers who were told to work hard, pay taxes & spend money. After all, that is what a good upright citizen does.

We became a community of people who appeared to enjoy the perks of living a free good life, when indeed this was just an illusion. However, we would not notice this until years to come when evidence of a failed system would begin to be so blatant that it could no longer be denied. People would have no choice but to wake up. But before we would, in the end, this flawed fatal program would burn us out & run us all into the ground. It would make us all sick & die an untimely, likely painful death generation upon generation. Our families would struggle & suffer for years to come due to this dynamic & the karmic wheel would inevitably spin its balls off.

We would wind up passing these false programs & the consequences of them, down through generations through our stories, teachings, & genetic wiring. Future generations (us) would consequently need to at some point unlearn it all so we could indeed renovate our entire human infrastructure to serve not man, but our SOULS INSTEAD. Because, oops, our brainwashed ancestors just so happened to leave the soul’s best interest on the side of the road long ago. The souls of our ancestors were then strategically gobbled up by the government’s false promises of counterfeit success & pseudo freedom>>> for decades… until NOW. The buck stops here, bitchizz.

All along, the oligarchy made sure everybody stayed in business & profiteers were competing to win. The well-oiled genetically modified machine was maintaining appearances for all intents & purposes, keeping the grass cut, shoes polished, & everybody fat & happy. Fad food industries, slaughterhouses, dairy farms, Big Agri-business, hospitals, nursing homes, jails, institutions, rehabs, the funeral bizz, the gravediggers union, the casket industry, the doctors, pharmacists, therapists, drug makers, disease diagnosers, the prescribers, medical insurance agencies, life insurance agencies… IT ALL BENEFITED. Didn’t it? No one ever cared about the little guy. After all, he was just a sheep. And as long as the obedient sheep follows the set-up, the false program installed, the scam system, & drags his whole herd/family into it like a good mind-controlled robot… everything will be gravy for old Uncle Sam. And that’s all that ever mattered to the government of man.

As a result, the 20th century had been the century of war, destruction, slavery, famine, crime, violence, torture, greed, narcissism, socio & psychopathics, serial killers, physical illness, mental illness, disorders, disease, dysfunction, depression, divorce, anger, aggression, vengeance, burn out, aging, suicide, homicide, genocide, deterioration, broken relationships, toxic relationships, separated families, abandonment, estrangement, abuse, drug, alcohol, food & porn addiction, chronic pain, suffering, struggle, survival, unfinished business, & unresolved karma. 3rd world countries were worse than ever riddled with unspeakable hellscapes. War crimes had been the epitome of humans at the height of their moral & ethical ineptitude. Rape & sexual assault was prevalent & insidious in not just crime sectors, but in the Catholic Church, boy scouts, foster homes, orphanages, schools, camps, institutions, corporate offices & all kinds of industries across the board. Racism was built into the psyche of all people. Discrimination & hate crime was brushed right under the rug. These things were accepted on a level that dominated our culture for quite some time, & my generation was riding the wave of its tipping point.

It’s so funny how most people that were adults in the first half of the century are pretty much dead now, & the only ghost stories ever told are ones that contain old entities from those generations that seem to still be stuck here. If you’ll notice, most hauntings in America are dated from late 1800s to mid-1900s. Folks from these generations carry the densities of flawed human design at its finest. Ahhh, the years on planet Earth wherefore we constantly were having to repeat hard lessons over & over & over again, til blue in the face, & six feet under with no end in sight. No wonder why these ghosts are still stuck in the ether. They were stuck on the karmic wheel in life & now stuck in limbo in death. Go into the light! It’s the 21st century!

Allow me to close with this. We can put the 20th century into pretty good perspective with the following interesting reference. In the last 100 years between 1900 & 2000, & even past that… there has been a boatload of people across the world wearing a man nailed to a cross around their neck. Think about it. It’s true. For a whole century+ it was trendy. That’s a pretty twisted fashion statement if ya ask me. Not only was it trendy, but it was the norm, encouraged, even required in many cases, to prove your depth of faith or your allegiance to a higher power or organized religion.

It was a status statement to mobsters, a talisman to little old ladies & a dog whistle to anyone who may be in the “club.” On any given day, you could see any number of people wearing a crucifix at any time. No wonder why folks were suffering. They were wearing it like a badge of honor. Thus, perpetuating this idea of pain & victimizing, violence, imprisonment, sacrifice. Jesus dying for YOUR sins, was this slogan that somehow was supposed to exonerate the general public & rebrand them into “saved” individuals who rehearsed prayers & penances on Sunday.

WWDJ? Has absolutely nothing to do with it. I can tell ya one thing Jesus would NOT do, & that is, wear a frickin’ cross around his neck with a dead corpse hanging on it like it’s supposed to be a trophy of the good life. Yea, um… that would be a big fat NO. The corpse on the cross fad is dead & so is the 20th century.
