Vegan Wild Child: a day in the life

I eat Root veggies for grounding & connection to Mother Earth. I eat raw Ginger, & local raw honey for a zing & a zang. I eat orange & lemon for a quik pop of C. I eat lovely leafy shades of GREEN for protein & overall nutrition. Berries are brain food. Garden veggies are the energy of the golden sun. Bananas are not just for monkeys. A swig of apple cider vin for PH balance. A probiotic is a “smooth move.” lol. Turmeric is a wonder drug-spice. All fresh herbs are living antioxidants. Chia seeds expand with exceptional essential benefits… so I add them to calcium-fortified almond milk & shake it up! Happy hummus is my spreadlicious best friend. Olive oil, & avocado keep my skin radiant… not to mention they are packed with Omega 3s, good fat & well over 20 nutrients in that great guac ya just made 🙂 Grainy toast is my guilty pleasure, with a touch of melty creamy coconut oil & a sprinkle of sunflower seeds. And, oh Romeo, oh Romeo where for art thou… with my delicate squares of sexy sea salted Twilight Cacao…? I wish to pair them so perfectly with a dark inky plum red Zin-tabulous vino with that fruit forward flash, my love!
