Crown of Thorns: Let it burn!

With all due respect, I pay my deepest regard for the loss incurred by the Cathedral of Notre Dame fire. Parisians have my deepest condolences. I traveled to Paris once in my life at age 24. I paid a visit to this sacred tourist attraction. When I entered the Church, I was in awe of its ancient charm & magnificence. I couldn’t help but notice the depth of the ceilings, & I became very anxious. I began wondering intently about how  awesome the acoustics might sound, so I immediately began to drum up the courage to sing.

I was a bohemian musician back in those days, who was pretty brazen to say the least. Like no one was watching, I belted out a loud melodious stream of consciousness that seemed to echo to the high Heavens. I didn’t care who was paying attention, I knew I had only this once in a lifetime, fleeting opportunity. My voice echoed immensely bouncing off the reverberating antiquated cathedral ceilings that seemed to rattle the stained glass. “I got to sing in the Cathedral of Notre Dame,” I thought! “Super rad, wait til I tell all my friends!”

So, it’s not like I don’t understand the beautiful, timeless grace this remarkable space embodied. The Cathedral of Notre Dame was nothing less than a gorgeous Gothic gem shrouded in mystique. I get it. I’m a fan.

However…

With regard to the Cathedral’s significant damage, can someone tell me how ONE BILLION DOLLARS was raised so fast? In honor of the rebuilding process, the Cathedral’s “Go Fund Me” page (if they had one) was on fire too. The French president, Emmanuel Macron, claims it will allegedly take an ADDITIONAL ONE BILLION DOLLARS to complete the 5-10 year job. Lets do the math, shall we? Thats, ummm…. yes!

TWO BILLION DOLLARS.

TWO BILLION DOLLARS to rebuild an old church? What about all the poor, homeless, sick or dying, starving people that a CHURCH is actually SUPPOSED TO clothe, feed & shelter? What about what a church STANDS FOR? Doesn’t a church aspire to expand love, peace, compassion, healing, & nourishment?

Who gives a flying rats ass about a fucking spire, when you have thousands of human people, children & animals suffering across this fuckin’ unbalanced planet?

How did the world community raise ONE BILLION dollars in just 3 days for a fucking building?

The world community should really do some soul searching here. The French president & the congregation & ministry OF THE NOTRE DAME CHURCH… should think hard about how they decide to spend that ONE BILLION OR TWO.

What would Jesus do… you ask?

Feed, clothe, shelter, spread that wealth among the people who need it everywhere. Fund programs, fund causes, finance missionary endeavors to save the Planet & the people in it.

ONE BILLION DOLLARS is ALOT of money. TWO BILLION DOLLARS could feed everyone on this Earth for the next 5 years, probably.

I don’t disagree with the rebuilding of a sacred iconic monument said to have housed Jesus’ crown of thorns. But, think about it… that crown of thorns, which was salvaged BTW, is a symbol of SUFFERING. That crown of thorns was maliciously placed on Jesus’ head to humiliate him, debase his character of love, peace & unity & shame everything godly & good.

He was praised as a hero, for God’s sake, for SAVING an outdated, afflicted, thorny, sinner crown that essentially added insult to injury to the great Jesus Christ at his weakest hour. I would have LET IT BURN!! LET IT BURN!!!!! And let all that horrible shit that it represents… go up in flames with it!

Did you hear that?? The spire is: THE SYMBOL OF THE HEAVENLY ASPIRATIONS OF PIOUS MEDIEVAL MEN.

Universal Law states: that outer circumstances, experiences & events reflect the state of the inner sanctity of man.

Which means, that the symbolic spire that burned up in flames & came crashing to the ground, was also a reflection of man’s HEAVENLY ASPIRATIONS going up in flames as well. The PIOUS MAN won, for all intents & purposes, for… THE CROWN OF THORNS (pious man) was SAVED!! What a shame. Damn.

My bad, maybe we should indeed care about the fucking spire. But in a totally different way.

My take on it? If that man thinks that it was so noble to SAVE that creepy haunted hoodoo relic with bad mojo… then going forward, he should rightfully use that GIANT LUMP SUM of ONE BILLION DOLLARS to help SAVE HUMANITY at large. The PIOUS MAN cannot be allowed to continue to win. This NOTRE DAME FIRE, essentially, was a BIG FAT symbolic WAKE UP CALL, my friends. And, how fitting… it happened in front of the whole wide world. Hmmmm.

Everything happens for a reason. Behind destruction, there is a GIFT. That gift in this case, you ask? An instant ONE BILLION DOLLARS. Makes sense, doesn’t it? I’m not being unreasonable. There are hidden meanings & analogies all over the damn place, here. Take off the blinders.

Keep it up, delusional people who care more about false idols than the TRUE MEANING behind them. Lest I remind you all, that KARMA IS A BITCH. She will renovate your ass, way more masterfully than any renovation of a damn building. And, that’s a promise.

Think it through, Papal people & those in office… CHOOSE WISELY.
