Meditation is like drowning in a pool of words and the only thing we have is a slippery mantra to grab onto, that seems to slip slide from our grasp at every turn like in a slippery watermelon contest in the deep end of a pool. The world of the invisible is so vast that one might feel overwhelmed by its mighty freedom. But it’s okay, just sit anyway. Stay. For as long as you can. Then go! But… always, RETURN.

Today is a new day. Fresh with green fields of summertime nostalgia filled with poetic lazy timeless memories and moments. Fresh with inescapable dignity, I rest in knowing that I am safe, kind, non reactive to evil dwellers with foolish dark vibes. Today I only attract those who are warm. Those who are for my highest good, with sound intentions and centered interactions laced with lovely unconditional affections. My life is a wealth of joyful experience. I meet and mingle with like minds with similar programs. Fortune, favor and abundance lay eyes on me with visions of lights strung through the garden party of my gratitude. As I rise to the occasion of success, I affirm my connection to all things unlimited and eternal. Every moment lived, is new and now.

I see clearly through the veil of distorted reality where people grovel with disillusionment and discontent. Where people stew miserable and irritable with squirming moods, or negative attitudes of un innerpeace. I vow today to be aligned to the oneness of flow that allows me to be kind, helpful, wise and safely standing in a place of protection at all times. No one has the power to steal my energy. I give what is righteous under the law of karma. I do not get caught up in the ides of duality today. The fifth dimensional reality is an open portal for my advancement as I connect with the evolution of my soul, the development of my mind, the inspiration of my heart, and the surround-sound of my soaring spirit. Through all this, I stay grounded in Mother Gaia, as I am nourished via the Earth’s chrysalis core.

Justice is served. Today I reap rewards. I stay in alignment with perfect peace by engaging restful practices of nourishing relaxation. This is where I allow myself moments to unwind, decompress, be removed from any and all stress. For, from this place of power, lies my ability to handle anything that might oppose me, attempt to disturb or distract me, distort my focus and essentially derail my train of trust.

I stand firm today. Planted in the ground of my gratitude like a blooming joyful happy flower, I am thankful for all things that manifest in a timeless realm of perfect prosperity. No need to wait for it, I have all that I need right now in this very moment. And I know that as I feel the great satisfaction of being alive within this state of conscious awareness, with all my senses in tact, my heart muscle strong, my lungs filled with air… I am tuned in, balanced, gifted, and light-lifted.

Holding the flag of my human survival, I sail through this life with ease and reconciliation. Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow, not yet along… today is a gift, it is the present. May we all unwrap slowly and enjoy unraveling every ribbon, bow and surprise. Go forth now, dear ones… and RISE!!!!!!!
