The slow poison of worry, doubt & fear, may be coursing through the veins of the airwaves of the mass media at this time. This very well may be negatively influencing the mass consciousness to panic, engage in scarcity thinking or drum up all kinds of conspiracy theories. It’s no secret that almost every single part of the globe is on some kind of quarantine. But as Americans, we should be reminded that we live in a supremely great nation. The greatest nation on earth, as a matter of fact. The United States of America is not perfect, our infrastructure may have been under prepared for a pandemic of this proportion. Leadership may indeed be sub-par in certain areas, but we continue to rise to the occasion & improve daily, no matter what mixed messages we may be receiving.

Now is not the time for politicking, however, we are gonna have a friggin field day when damage control puts together a post Covid 19 committee to evaluate how well the system worked. Not to mention, Universal Healthcare would come in real handy right about now. Universal Healthcare is just that… universal, without any discrimination. It’s not the pillar of socialism, & people who say otherwise are just holding on to some egotistical fascism. Period. 

However the cookie crumbles, we are all in this together.

We are essentially on a battlefield where there is death & dying everywhere. Many people are suddenly & unexpectedly leaving this world. It’s tough to watch, when you look out into the world at your fellow man. Solutions to issues are unique to each region, demographic, class, & person. Solutions are not one size fits all, of course, so knowing exactly what your individual needs are for yourself, family, business & life, is your responsibility. Fortunately, as luck & location would have it… we live in a land where not only has Big Brother offered assistance, but there are an overwhelming amount of citizens donating money, food & supplies, & gathering together to fund programs, charities, initiatives, to help any one in need. Now is the time to cash in, if ever there was a time that anyone needed help building their life. Don’t be afraid to speak up, ask for help, or put yourself out there. People now sympathize with each other on a human level, in a most unified heart felt way more than ever before. The heart center (chakra) is being activated on a grand scale due to this. Love always wins.

Think about it… people everywhere these days, are filled with empathy, checking in regularly on neighbors, relatives, friends & the elderly. Good Samaritans are coming out of woodwork, people are pitching in, offering services, or a shoulder to lean on. Influencers are writing helpful articles & blogs, doing informative, encouraging, crafty, musical, cooking, or storytelling web, news, pod & broad-casts. Our favorite doctors, gurus, spiritual leaders, pod-casters, & You Tubers across the globe are offering free advice, group meditations, seminars, energy activations, group calls & clearings. Main stream media is teaching, recommending, & encouraging, various meditation techniques to reduce stress & anxiety in these trying times… that’s a real punch into the glass ceiling, if ya ask me. Not so long ago, did middle America coin meditation practice or TM (Transcendental Meditation) as… fruity or flighty or cosmic fluff. NOT ANYMORE. Yea, um… learned it when I was 21, been practicing for 25 years. Thank you very much… 🙂

Folks everywhere are more than willing to offer love, support, lend an ear or donate a dollar. Celebrity money is generously flowing, Fortune 500 companies are following suit, Go Fund Me’s are in major effect, & philanthropy is at an all time high. Foundations are being started, grants are in full bloom, loans have low or no interest, school loans are deferred, late fees are waived, foreclosures & evictions are postponed. Stocks are at an all time low… so now is the perfect time to buy, & expect an almost certain future windfall. At the rate human generosity is flowing, no one will ever go hungry, homeless or unclothed ever again in this nation. 

Heck, it’s nice to see some nonpartisan leadership as well, across the nation & also across the globe. We are all essentially on the same team. Pandemics & the like, tend to boldly REMIND us that we are all one species, equal & the same race… the HUMAN RACE. And as spiritual beings in a human suit, we should also be sure to recognize the Divine Plan behind all of this. Things are not always what they seem. The God-force works in mysterious ways. Proven throughout time, spiritual teachings, God-force, the God-mind, Cosmic consciousness, Universal Law, Source, “the God of your understanding,” whatever the heck you call it… will ALWAYS find a way to come through to humanity. Even if it’s via a corrupt leader, a crooked regime, war, tragedy, disaster, or crisis… spiritual guidance will always find a conduit. The time has come, for us to fly forth, in a new improved direction. 

Divine work is at hand, appearing as an ominous force under the guise of a crisis that appears to be sinister. It is a challenging time for those who have to contend with unfamiliar territory. It is a vacation or sacred retreat for those who know how to utilize idle time & space to their advantage. It is a time of uncertainty for those who have little faith in a higher purpose & plan. Yet it is a time of obvious transformation, reflection, personal inventory, renewal & rebirth for those who advance with the growing times & trust the process of life. Nature has not betrayed us, but rather Divine timing has dictated that we slow down, in most cases STOP. Stop polluting ourselves, stop polluting the earth, stop diluting ourselves, stop diluting the richness of earth’s natural resources with greed & selfish disregard. The powerful egocentric aura that humanity has thus far through the ages built & established & esteemed… is now being challenged, uprooted & redirected.

The flawed infrastructure, belief systems & premise upon which our society has led us through the ages, has essentially damaged us & the earth over time. The overall paradoxical infrastructure of polarities that built temporal pleasures & thus pains… is now expiring. We are finally at a place in our human evolution here on the earth plane… where we have been given this grand opportunity to cut ties, cut cords, cut off the mire of past paradigms, the problematic past programs, the old expiring belief systems that just don’t work anymore, if we choose to be free. Free of suffering & pain & low vibrational melodramatic folly that does nothing for us but waste time & groom us for a better life anyway, essentially. Why don’t we just cut to the chase & live that life now. We need not have to learn & grow via pain & incessant mistake making. We can learn & grow & live our best life now via simple gratitude, joy, love & light… pain free.

Outdated human patterns are now dropping like flies by the waste-side, rapidly. The sludge of our forefathers is being consumed by the mud of Mother Earth to be recycled into the fresh soil of new beginnings. At this time… we commend our troops on the front lines of this transformation. All medical personnel, law enforcement, fire fighters, EMS, sanitation workers, transportation workers, funeral home directors, medical examiners, mortuary assistants, housekeeping, food store clerks, food workers, truckers, postal people, scientists, the military. Medics in particular, took a Hippocratic oath to serve. Last I heard, there were 85,000 (thousand) VOLUNTEER medical workers that are now helping out New York.

Let’s take a moment, shall we… to honor & respect these warriors, heroes, Earth Angels, & all the unsung heroes who make this planet so amazing. These humans are making significant personal sacrifices ever single day in order to serve their fellow man selflessly. Wearing hats they never had to even wear before, these people are rising to the occasion, adapting to shortages & dangers & emotional situations unprecedented. FB is right, all nurses’ & doctors’ student loans should be forgiven after this, by default.

Front line noble acts of unconditional loving kindness are the alchemical properties that assist greatly in the changeover to the “New Earth.” Just like how the blood of our lost soldiers that spilled violently on the fertile grounds of the uncivil wars of yesteryear led to big breakthroughs of compromise & peace. The blood of those who are sick & pass on from this world at this time from this silent enemy, are the casualties who are our war heroes killed in the line of duty in many cases… that made the ultimate sacrifice. They are also a significant part of that alchemical formula of the bigger picture. The people who pass on, will infinitely go on… & so will their loved ones that are still here. Everyone needs to grieve. Loss is a sad state of affairs. But eventually time heals & life goes on. Human beings are resilient creatures of superior strength.

We cannot fight fate. But rather, flow with it & understand it. Become a part of its process to alchemize us & our spiritual infrastructure. Everyone is placed purposefully exactly where they are each individually meant to be. It is no mistake you are where you are, wherever that may be. Everyone’s lot in life is different. Our duty as individuals at this time, is to honor our positions, embrace our place & accept what it is that is in front of us at this time. For those of us who are sheltered in place, out of work or working from home, the fat is trimmed down, worldly distractions minimized, the curtain of illusion is fading, do do do & go go go is now halted.

Community & social events, activities, options & opportunities are just about null & void. We are being faced with ourselves, & ourselves alone. Essentially forced to “shelter in place” to do so. The mirror of our lives, is no longer clouded by a world of busy distractions, convoluted schedules & appointments, white noise or drama. We now have a front row seat on the set of our very own reality show. The exact people, children & pets in our lives are all in one place, the home we have thus created & built for ourselves is apparent, we have a boatload of free time as an opportunity to honor ourselves & families in a way like never before. We now have an opportunity to get to know eachother on new levels by deepening relationships with the people that we live with or nourish the long distance ones with non physical communicating & connecting, perhaps on a deeper level as well, in a way that we may have never done unless we were basically forced to. We now have an opportunity to gauge our daily coping skills, gauge how self sufficient we each actually are, how resourceful, how creative we can be when faced with various unique challenges. Again, we now have a front row seat on the set of our very own reality show.

Do we like what we see? Do we enjoy who we are? Are we happy with who we have chosen to surround ourselves with? Are our homes built with love & security? Are they built on a foundation of faith & fruits of the spirit? What’s inside those four walls is a mirror reflection of what’s inside of us. What’s the business of your life look like? What needs attention? What needs improvement? What needs a little TLC? What needs to be renovated, cleaned out, given away, or organized? What can we do to feel more secure, content, balanced, at peace, fed & well rested? How can we nourish ourselves & our families in a more holistic & organic way?

How can we revise our daily lives, structures, plans, & practices to include more down time, meditation or prayer, mindfulness, exercise, conscious breathing, communing with nature, & zen activities that serve our soul? How can we revise our daily lives, structures, plans, & practices to include more time with those who are precious to us, time following our passions, time being more creative, time & energy with things that really matter? How can we revise our daily lives, structures, plans, & practices to serve us with growth, improvement, & healthy patterns that are refreshing, revitalizing & fulfilling? How can we revise our daily lives, structures, plans, & practices to make it easy to achieve goals & live our dreams regularly with no excuses & little procrastination? How can we be more positive, more grateful, more balanced, more grounded, centered & aware? How can we use that awareness to alchemize our own zones to be that little bright corner of the world where we create responsibly? Thus, we will benefit humanity properly from a place of wholeness… from a place of true self-love, from a place of peace.

Our homes are our headquarters. From this observation deck, we can view our very lives & gauge not just the temperature of our bodies, but also the temperature of our current personal climate. What needs to be healed? What needs to be addressed? What kinks need to be ironed out? What relationships need work? What relationships need to be mended? What relationships do not serve us anymore? What ones will we allow to fade away? What cords need to be cut?

We are being forced to slow down, stop & smell the roses & sit still in many cases, apart from any other identity than our own. The busy influential world outside has slowed & basically stopped. Notice the birds are singing louder, wild animals are gathering more freely, the polluted skies of LA have cleared to blue. Human traffic is no longer gnarling up the energy waves with noise, static, confusion or contention. The nefarious senseless low level crimes committed daily all over towns & cities coast to coast have been significantly reduced. Consider this a cleanse of sorts, if you will. 

There will always be those villains though, in every crisis, who maliciously attempt to capitalize on weakness, desperation, fear, exhaustion or vulnerability. That said, sophisticated criminals are now popping up everywhere. Although cyber crime, scam artists, fraud, identity theft, organized crime & drug rings, are surfacing exponentially at this time, don’t let that fool you, this is a good thing. Awareness is the first step. We cannot address what is not known. That said, Interpol is now working twice as hard to produce sophisticated software that will foil these kinds of criminals. Going forward, plans will be in place to educate communities on how to be vigilant & how to take preventative measures with their teams, staff members, offices, schools, & families. Just as the Covid 19 virus spreads, so does malware, spyware & infected emails sent by hackers with virtual viruses. Due to the recent prevalence of these kinds of otherwise clandestine crimes, when we come out of this, we will have a way better task force to tackle & contain it going forward. This… is significant progress.

The International Criminal Police Organisation, more commonly known as INTERPOL, is an international organization that facilitates worldwide police cooperation and crime control.

Speaking of technology, might I take a brief second to just mention that not only will our world & human society at large, be transformed, at this time, for the better, in ethereal ways… but our world is also about to enter into a massive tech revolution inclusive of the 5G technology that is going to advance us like never before. This flood of new technology will indeed match our new improved states of being, as we evolve & grow each & every day into more enlightened ego-free, soul based beings. This new technology may be controversial for some, or refuted by others for several reasons, but in the end, it winds up making the most sense in the scheme of things.

Regarding the pandemic… we are coming out the other side of this with a renewed sense of self. A renewed identity both personal, professional & public. We are coming out the other side of this with renewed faith, a new lease on life & a new real sense of purpose, a deeper purpose for all of us & our families. We are now being called to show up. We are collectively being called to actively participate in the rebirth of our union. A conscious revolution that far expands into the next & future generations to come. How we respond to this mass blessing masquerading as a crisis… is of the most superior importance at this time in the scheme of our human evolution here on earth. Just like significant time periods in history that were break through eras, this time now in our history is unprecedented. It will be memorialized just as the Italian Renaissance, the American Revolution, the Roaring Twenties, the Reconstruction era. We will look back with endearing sentiment as to how this period of civilization was the very doorway to the Golden Age of man.

Although, it is certainly not up to our egos to lead the way with some kind of false sense of power or authority. The spiritual strands of our DNA are being activated, old programs uninstalled, new ones uploaded & then downloaded. We are all being assisted by powers beyond our finite minds. The God-force works tirelessly behind the scenes with our Angels, Guides, Guardians, Elemental & Spiritual beings of light to move us along quicker & more efficiently than we could ever do on our own. This is why we are being told to shelter in place. Not only to protect ourselves & each other from some man made runaway viral infection… but more so for the deeper purpose of allowing the Greater Good to perform its magic on us without the ego’s bundle of poor excuses, blocks, walls, & distractions. We are all now in a more vulnerable, thus receptive state of surrender & this is exactly what Spirit needs in order to implement her new designs into our hearts, minds, lives & family units.

This is all about personal responsibility. Taking personal responsibility not only for your actions & ability to follow the outer directions of our leaders in office, medics & scientists… but also taking personal responsibility for our actions & ability to follow the direction of our intuitive nature, our soul’s passions, our God identities as opposed to the selfish wants & needs of the ego mind. That darn Ego mind who always seems to want it his way with little or no regard for his fellow man or consequences for that matter… like a teenager who doesn’t think–it–through. The ego is an enticer, an entrapper, a empty promiser, an instant gratification prophet. The ego likes to limit us while pretending to give us the world & all the power & satisfaction in it. But, the ego is just a poor sad little means to an end.

The spiritual guidance system within us, is the true leader of our lives. The still small voice within that if we allow to become loud & proud will actually not be so still & small anymore. It will thus begin to dominate our individual existences with unimaginable forces of magic & miracles. Consequently, our lives will no longer be filled with disappointments, false hope, indignation, negative consequences, lack, limitation, fear or frustration. Our lives rather, will begin to light up with the fruits of the spirit in ways formerly unimaginable to just regular people walking around with their heads in the sand.

It’s time for us to release the ego from that secret chamber in our heart, where it resides day after day in chains just rattling around like an old scary stuck ghost in limbo. Go into the light! Let’s unhinge the tired old ego from our heartstrings, always playing the poor me pity card & the infamous blame game… & let him sail off into the sunset of an old Scorsese gangster movie or Tarantino vampire flick.

The time is at hand for all of us to consciously take our rightful places here on earth & transcend the egocentric way of existence to move forward into the vast sea of union with oneness. Love opens codes… to our greater lightbodies. As we ALLOW our souls to surface more & more each day… via self-love, we allow that still small voice to become the big loud voice that will begin calling the shots for us, our loved ones & our communities. The ego is no longer relevant in the New World.  The New World will laugh at the ego as it tries to foolishly assert itself. The New World is filled with people who spot bullshitters & recognize trauma & toxicity for what it is… low vibrational unhealed sad hearts who just willfully refuse to shed their egos & get free.

The New World is not having it. The New World is one of peace, joy & good for the Greater Good. The New World order has had its reckoning with unhealed unhealthy individuals stuck in the pain of past paradigms & released them. As the New World order formulates itself upon this earth, man becomes a greater more instinctual conduit for miracles, wealth, health, joy & love. Man becomes a willing participant in his own co-creation, enjoys the journey of self realization & gathers together with his fellow man to share & inspire & reach greater heights of grace & glory.

There will be no such thing as blame or injustice because man will no longer actively participate in a dark underbelly of self pity or the senseless chatter of fuckery. Everything is enjoyable. Life is good. Gratitude, a higher power. Love, light, integrity, fortitude & loyalty to the one heart presence will be king. Purposeful practices will be second nature. Perfect programs built in & installed. The correlation of everything will look beautiful, not judgmental. The world will be a new & different adventure for us, the light at the end of the tunnel we will actually be LIVING IN. No more tunnel. just the LIGHT. No more sad sad unhealed hearts running around covering up things with senseless addictions, obsessions, & attachments, co-conspirating with each other to employ excuses for not living a full life.

Note to heavy hearts dragging around stuck harbored negative emotions: Get healed. Period. No more excuses.

If you are a human with a beating heart & an active conscious mind… you can most certainly CHOOSE to heal, grow & renovate yourself to reposition your life path for a greater purpose & better day. Humans still stuck in past paradigms of pain, suffering, anger, sadness, lack & limitation, war, poverty & injustice will eventually die off & go right back into the pool of recycled souls & then choose to revisit the earth at a later date, when the world has had a chance to make a fuller recovery.

There is a mass plague of humans that roam the earth right now, that just don’t care. Mother Earth is no longer your dumping ground, your punching bag, your torture chamber for innocents. You shall rightfully be recognized for the plague that you are. “Forgive them father for they know not what they do,” Jesus said. I get it. But, now is not the time in our history, to NOT BE KNOWING what u do. Ignorance is not bliss it’s the biggest deadly sin there is. The ONLY one if ya ask me. Ignorance is the sole reason why any human would behave in any kind of way that’s less than Godly, fortuitous & noble. Enlightenment should be the first desire of all hearts. Seek ye first the Kingdom of God & all else shall be added… ALL ELSE .

Seeking enlightenment to thus exceed any trace of ignorance is nothing but righteous & indefinitely rewarded with the peak performance of the soul engine. Alignment, balance & a state of grace is achieved. Being tuned in, tapped in, & turned on, being in the vortex as the master teacher Esther Hicks would say. These are the fruits of a tree rooted in the soil of enlightenment. Any tree that’s rooted in the soil of the decomposing dead bones of ignorance… will produce rotten fruit. It’s called karma. In other words… reaping what one sows. Planting pearls of wisdom in one’s garden will grow nourishing plants. Planting lies, deceit, hatred, remorse, guilt, contempt, sadness, self pity, blame, misinformation, & misconceptions will grow thorny poisonous weeds, that wind up tangling a person’s life to death. Seek the truth & the truth will seek you. Be the conscious leader of your life, a true believer in goodness, kindness & grace. Be a dedicated disciplined consistent constant vibration of balanced unbiased intention. Pay attention. To all the signs & small voices, to all the simplicities & to your soul speaking.

Pay attention to the nuances, to nature, to the unfolding of things, the subtleties of things, the energy of a person, the aura of a room, the intentions of the people around you. Pay attention to the path your on, the feelings that arise, the emotions that well up, the enthusiasm that dawn’s with a new idea, the passion that emerges with a new friend, the peace of a restful sleep, the calming cozy cleanse of a rainstorm. Pay attention. Pay attention to the sun on your face, the Vitamin D absorbing into your skin, the space in between… where the magic happens, where the hidden gems are found. Pay attention to your dreams, the food you eat, the television you watch, what you consume, what you listen to & read, what you feed into, what you believe. Pay attention to your body, your cravings, your feelings, your passions. Pay attention to your words, your thoughts, your deeds, your actions, your behaviors & moods.

“Know thyself.”

Shelter in place… to thus “Know thyself.”

But, what is self-knowledge?

 

If we say, “I know myself” – meaning our outer shape, body, form such knowledge will never lead to the knowledge of God.

If we say, “I know myself – I am (insert your name)”, well that tells us nothing either for that is just a label which our parents have chosen to attach to our form when the “true you” was born into this world.

 

Real self-knowledge consists in knowing what we are within! It is knowing where we have come from, where we are going, and for what purpose we have entered this world.

 

Now there are lesser reasons (purposes) as to why we are here. Some of us need to learn about patience, love, or compassion, while others may need to learn about forgiveness, mercy, etc… But our greater purpose is to realize that we have all come from the same “Source’” – that we are one with God. Our great purpose is to recognize or awaken to the truth of our inner being. Even Christ’s great message was that we are all Children of God – divine sparks hidden within this body. And recognizing your divine self is the key to your freedom.

 

You come from a royal lineage – one of love, compassion, peace, strength, happiness, wisdom, and courage. To define ourselves in terms of our limited human nature is a desecration of the image of God within us. We must learn to not identify ourselves with that which must pass away, for that part of us is not real. What is real is the eternal part – and we are eternal for we are energy.

 

So, do not dwell on your short-comings and do not dwell on your faults. Why should you dwell on negativity and limitation when God doesn’t mind your imperfections. Instead, dwell upon your innate perfection. Contemplate the part of you made in the image & likeness of God, and claim your birth-right. For, when you know thyself as It’s child, you become empowered by all you have inside.

 

So, make it your purpose to know thyself. For, within you is hidden the treasure of treasures. And if you

“know thyself you will know the universe & God.” – Pythagoras

 

Now meditation is a priceless tool for attaining this knowledge because it is an inner looking practice. It helps us to see what’s really going on within our hearts & minds. It also helps us to realize the truth of reality. And as the great Carl Jung once said,

“The person who looks outside, dreams; the person who looks inside, awakens”.

Awakens to what?  Self-knowledge or God-realization.

 

Through this realization, we can confidently & boldly declare with certainty that “I & the Father are one!”
