Said: Mister Colin Kaepernick.

I bet recruiters will be lined up at his door now.

Quote:

“We the National Football League… admit we were wrong for not listening to NFL players earlier… & encourage ALL to speak out & peacefully protest.”

Moral of the story:

When someone says they can’t breathe… HELP THEM.
#AllLivesMatter Black, Brown, White, Red, Orange, Yellow.

Racial or socio-economical profiling should be dead. HUMAN rights are at the center of this. We ALL deserve respect & equal treatment.

Regarding #BlackLivesMatter yes… Black & Brown lives certainly do need to be handled with more vigilance & premeditated carefulness. Why? Because similar to women & #metoo, The black & brown race just got equal rights not that long ago. White men have always been in a position of power & authority. That’s why there continues to be such a disparity between races & genders. The historic treatment for each is so different. Thus, old programs & patterns are still genetically & generationally lingering around via ghosts of the past & even via some folks that are still alive from oppression days.

Solution? Clean & clear. Clean & clear. Clean & clear. Karmic clearing. The paradigm of racism & inequality is definitely dying. This death is ACCELERATED, if you haven’t noticed 😳 now that it is 20/20 (the year of “perfect vision” when we all wake up).

No one can deny the seismic shift across the entire nation & world. Globally, it is time for all of us as a unit to collectively ACKNOWLEDGE our unconscious inequalities & begin to alchemize them into the real UNION our American democracy, the core principles of our freedom & the God Force actually stand for. “United we stand, divided we fall.” Remember that?

No more tolerance of racial & gender inequality, discrimination, mistreatment or injustice. Period. End of story.

Regarding “DE funding” Police Departments across the nation? That blanket action would devastate our society even further. It is not a yes or no question, & any gang of protesters that says so, is sorely misguided. We should rather, lower, funding to law enforcement agencies & redistribute monies to worthy organizations that we can then train & empower to proactively be called on to administer to our communities’ urgent needs. Issues such as: mental health, family planning, poverty, job placement, education, hunger, homelessness, domestic violence, addiction & substance abuse, should no longer be the jurisdiction of criminal policing with the use of firearms or strongarms.

We must formulate “on demand,” agencies that have a comparable status of authority to law enforcement agencies. If we build more compassionate departments of social service within our communities to help people with non-criminal issues, that can be used also as “first responders,” we will lower crime, essentially, in the long run. These issues are the culprits of “sin, sickness & disease,” if you will, anyway. These typically are the root causes of crime anyway. If we work to eradicate these issues internally from the core, we will thus subsequently eradicate or at least significantly reduce crime altogether. It’s not rocket science. My entire book “Decline of Civility,” is about these topics. Get your copy below.

Think about it… if weight is lifted off of these cops, less mistakes will be made because less resentment or contempt will ensue & the anger that typically leads to injustice, bad decisions, snap judgments, or excessive deadly force will no longer be a part of the equation. See how things work? It’s a simple domino effect across the board. When stress is reduced from police officers that do not have the skills & training in the first place, to deal with these kinds of domestic or psychological needs, we reduce the chances of confrontations gone wrong. Our law enforcement officers will no longer be expected to over perform beyond their pay grade or be expected to demonstrate skills they simply do not have.

By implementing a unified COMPARTMENTALIZED social service system with specialized agencies that work together for the common good & ultimately the safety, security & well-being of our communities, we achieve positive results. Each division, branch or agency will have an important role, a significant part to play in the community to meet a need & to address a real issue. These agencies will be specialized. They will be government run specialized agencies granted annual funding. Funding will then be dispensed equally & accordingly to all social service agencies in the circuit, up to & including the police department.

This call to action makes MOST SENSE. Whomever is out there on the front lines cursing & yelling at mayors & such, about dismantling the police force, needs to shut up & go home. These mayors, governors & senators are doing their very best to adjust a broken system. Have some respect. Have some common sense. Not everybody in the “system” has failed us. There are awesome people in office that have our backs & are intelligent, educated, wise & experienced enough to fill their roles to the fullest, go above & beyond the call of duty & blow expectations right out of the water. Let them do their jobs.

BE THE CHANGE you wish to see in the world.

It’s starts with you.
