Chapter Three: Thoughts explained

Summary:
In this chapter, we discover the difference between thoughts and feelings. We are able to see the correlation between thoughts, feelings, actions, circumstances and life experience. We are shown the multitudinous forms of thought in which the mind engages that do certainly lead to the cause and creation of actions, circumstances, feelings and life experience.
Then there is a great elaborate analogy introduced. It is described as “tornadoes” or “Twisters of Emotion,” and how there are 2 specific types: a positive one or a negative one. We are shown how these do evidently “spin” in our minds to then “spin” the stories of our lives.
Both “Twisters of Emotion” are defined and detailed distinctively, in order to most accurately exhibit their realistic meaning and influence in our minds eye and then consequently in our lives.
By determining how each affects us, our world, and others, we then learn to become acutely aware of what kinds “twisters” are “spinning” in our own minds. According to our observations, we will then have the ability to discern the state of our life, its quality, and how it became that way.
Incidentally, if we do find that our minds have any evidence of “Negative Twisters of Emotion,” in certain areas no matter what measure, we are then guided towards methods of changing the patterns that may have caused them. We are encouraged to change them either via “Beautiful Feelings” or the active process of changing negative thoughts into positive ones on contact and over time via deliberate creation.
The chapter closes with a couple of short playful paragraphs on suggestive examples of positive thoughts to think.
